This water-based acrylic epoxy sealer is a single component system that requires no mixing. It offers superior adhesion and excellent resistance to water and frequent cleaning. It can be topcoated with JonCreteTM/MC Concrete Sealer topcoat. Milky white liquid has slight ammonia scent. Application: Floor Finish/Sealant; Applicable Material: Concrete; Terrazzo; Scent: Slight Ammonia; Physical Form: Liquid.
